Machinists, Fork Lift Operators, Welders Can Apply for Work and Bowl for Free

Machinists, fork lift operators and welders—especially those who like to bowl–should be sure to participate in the Bowling for Job mini-job fair this Wednesday March 24 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Camelot Lanes, 628 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman.

The One-Stop Workforce Center will be collecting resumes from experienced machinists, fork lift operators and welders for various local employers. For those without resumes, a general application will be available to be filled out.

This is the third Bowling for Jobs organized by the Mahoning County One-Stop in collaboration with Camelot Lanes. Job seekers will be able to bowl two free games (shoes and balls included) after providing a resume or filling out an application.

Participating job seekers must be at least 18-years-old and can pre-register for Bowling for Jobs by calling (330) 965-1787 or visiting the Mahoning County One-Stop, Boardman Plaza, Route 224, Boardman.
