As we often make it a point to say on this blog, Camelot Lanes is much more than just your average bowling alley. Many local establishments, most recently a local branch of Sheely’s, have been forming leagues for their employees. This accomplishes many things, including team building, good morale, and a general sense of fun.
When a business starts a league with us, the effort requires the cooperation of all parties involved, owners and employees, which leads to a sense of teamwork amongst the whole staff. Similarly, when bowling against their fellow workers, your employees will feel a further sense of accomplishment and comradery.
This type of activity is also great for morale. What better way to unwind after a hard week of work than to join your fellow employees and bowl, drink, and eat?! Need we say more?
As we had mentioned, Sheely’s has formed a league with us on Sunday nights, and had this to say:
“Bob and his staff really make everyone feel welcome and I believe this has helped our people to get to know one another better. We are definitely looking forward to next year and I’m sure with all the positive response we’ll have even more teams.”
