Cali’s 1st Birthday Party

Our little girl turned 1 this past January and we weren’t quite sure what to do for her 1st Birthday or where to have it. Our home wasn’t big enough to hold the large group of family and friends we invited to celebrate this special day. We called around and finally found our spot – Camelot Lanes! The owners and staff were amazing! It felt like they were part of the family! We’ll be back without a doubt for future parties. We would highly recommend Camelot Lanes for any family looking to hold a party of any kind. Thank you Peppe, Bob, Elaine, the employee who had to keep adding names to each lane and the shoe guy who had to swap out sizes a million times! Thanks for making Cali’s 1st Birthday such a special day!

Team Building for Your Business: Bowling Leagues

As we often make it a point to say on this blog, Camelot Lanes is much more than just your average bowling alley. Many local establishments, most recently a local branch of Sheely’s, have been forming leagues for their employees. This accomplishes many things, including team building, good morale, and a general sense of fun.

When a business starts a league with us, the effort requires the cooperation of all parties involved, owners and employees, which leads to a sense of teamwork amongst the whole staff. Similarly, when bowling against their fellow workers, your employees will feel a further sense of accomplishment and comradery.

This type of activity is also great for morale. What better way to unwind after a hard week of work than to join your fellow employees and bowl, drink, and eat?! Need we say more?

As we had mentioned, Sheely’s has formed a league with us on Sunday nights, and had this to say:

Bob and his staff really make everyone feel welcome and I believe this has helped our people to get to know one another better. We are definitely looking forward to next year and I’m sure with all the positive response we’ll have even more teams.”

So, if you’re trying to find a way to bring your staff closer together and have fun at the same time, consider forming a league with us.
